Deliberations resume in murder trial

Monday we may learn the fate of a Madison county man accused of murder.  The jury will resume deliberations Monday morning in the retrial of Jermeille Townsend.

He's accused of shooting and killing Michael Washington in the parking lot of a private club in 2009. Townsend took the stand Friday and admitted he got into a fight with Washington but denied killing him. Townsend's first trial ended in a hung jury.
