Court documents reveal new information about murder | Crime

Documents filed this week in Madison County District Court state the suspect in a homicide investigation used his hands and an "unknown weapon" to kill the victim.

Ricky Ray Ingram, 52, was found dead inside his home on 6th Avenue earlier this month.

Police arrested Jeremy Nolen Thompson, 37, a convicted sex offender. He is charged with murder.

Ingram was also a convicted sex offender.

Thompson will be in court November 21st.
