Man steals truck and trailer at Mapco | News

HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF)- A man made a purchase at a convenience store and drove off - in a different vehicle than he arrived in.

He stole a truck, as well as a huge trailer attached to it.

He stole the truck on September 27th at the Mapco Service Station on University Drive.

The owner was gassing up his truck, which was pulling a large trailer. When he went inside the store to buy some food, a thief went inside his truck.

The thief is seen on store surveillance video jumping out of a white car driven by a woman, and jumping into the cab of the truck.

According to Huntsville Police, the thief found some keys in a side door of the trailer.

The thief was also caught very clearly a few minutes earlier inside the store at the cash register.
